Twitter Chat: Designing STEM Programs for Girls at Cultural Organizations

Join us on April 24, 2019 at 11:00AM Pacific/2:00PM Eastern for a Twitter Chat discussing the opportunities, challenges, and practices for designing informal STEM programs for middle and high-school aged girls at cultural organizations. The STEM Effect will be co-hosting the Twitter Chat, 'Designing STEM Programs for Girls at Cultural Organizations.' Sample questions to be explored are: How was your program developed? What does success look like? How do you know if you have reached it? How do you engage with communities and families from diverse backgrounds? And how does that impact program long-term success?
How to participate:
At 11:00AM Pacific/2:00PM Eastern on April 24, 2019, participate or follow the discussion on Twitter by searching the hashtag #STEMEffect. Then make sure to click on the tab 'Latest' in the upper left-hand corner.
     1. Ask questions or share relevant information during the tweet chat by using the hashtag, #STEMEffect.
     2. Reply to comments and questions posted during the tweet chat to share your thoughts or ask follow-up        questions.
     3. Retweet what you’d like to share with your followers.
