Mylene B. Padolina has over 20 years of experience in human resources, diversity and inclusion, community relations, program management, leadership development and coaching. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of MPadolina & Associates LLC which partners with organizations in successfully creating diverse and inclusive workplaces, programs and leaders. Ms. Padolina has provided her for profit and not-for profit clients with strategic planning, program development, marketing/communications and leadership coaching services.
Prior to consulting work, Ms Padolina was a Sr. Diversity Outreach Manager with Microsoft Corporation. She developed and implemented benchmarked programs in community outreach, employee resource groups/employee networks and disability inclusion. Microsoft’s programs to recruit, hire and accommodate people with disabilities, including service-disabled veterans, have received national recognition, including awards from the Department of Health and Human Services, Disability Rights Advocates, Information Technology Association of America and the Governor’s Committees in Washington, California and Texas. She has been featured in HR Executive, quoted by the Seattle PI and NPR and has presented at national and international conferences.
Ms. Padolina has also worked in the wireless telecommunications industry with Ameritech and AT&T Wireless Services. She fulfilled Human Resources roles in staffing/recruitment, college relations, diversity, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action and employee relations.
Ms. Padolina earned a B.S. in Marketing from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. She has also attended leadership development programs through organizations such as WOMEN Unlimited and Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics (LEAP). Ms Padolina has a passion for experiencing new cultures and enjoys traveling and volunteering across the world.
